In-store Shopping

Visit us in person, at our brick & mortar location at 111 Garrison Village Dr. Unit 1 in the heart of wine country in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. 



At checkout, you will be prompted to enter your email address for confirmation and tracking purposes followed by your mailing address. Rates will be generated based on the package weight, size and the location entered. 

Once payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided and will be updated with tracking information once your package has shipped. 

Orders are shipped Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. 

Delivery estimates will reflect these times as will the day of your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $35 flat rate shipping across Canada for all orders eligible for shipping.

Free shipping promotions vary by month and are based on current inventory. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 



Local delivery

Local delivery is free for all orders over $75 and for our immediate neighbourhood. For local delivery on orders under $75, we charge a fee of $5 for Niagara-on-the-lake locations and $10 for the Niagara region. 


An email will be sent when your order is out for delivery and again when it has been dropped off.


Curbside pickup

If you select curbside pickup at checkout, your order will be processed and ready for the timeframe specified by you at checkout. Kindly call us when you arrive and an associate will bring your purchase outside the door to you.  


Refunds, returns, and exchanges


Due to Covid-19 and current advisories, we are not accepting returns after you purchase an item in-store, after delivery, curbside pick up or after an item has been shipped to you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
